Associate Attorney - Family Law The Law Office of Patrick O'Fiel, PC Kerrville, Texas (On-Site | Limited Remote Flexibility) Join a Growing Hill Country Law Firm The Law Office of Patrick O'Fiel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in Kerrville, Texas. This position offers immediate hands-on experience, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to manage cases with mentorship from an experienced attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants real courtroom exposure and long-term professional growth in a supportive small-firm environment. Practice Focus: Family Law (primary focus) Civil Litigation Responsibilities: Manage cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and case analysis Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Assist with case strategy and trial preparation Compensation & Benefits: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary (depending on experience) Quarterly performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid CLE and bar dues Paid time off Mentorship and professional development Work Environment: Reasonable workload expectations Collaborative small-firm environment Direct mentorship from the managing attorney Opportunity to gain substantial courtroom experience High-performance associate will have opportunity for expanded responsibility and long-term leadership within the firm.
