Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate will manage criminal case clients and attend to cases all across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. They will perform legal research, draft legal motions and memorandums, negotiate deals with prosecutors, hold preliminary and suppression hearings and advocate for clients in District, Circuit and Federal Courts on a daily basis across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The candidate will foster strong client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for the firm's clients. This job requires daily travel to different counties across the Commonwealth. Mileage is compensated at the Commonwealth's rate. Criminal defense or prosecution experience is preferred and will net a higher base salary, if applicable.
