About the Company An AmLaw Top 100 law firm with locations throughout the US is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to reside in their Los Angeles, Century City, Del Mar, San Diego & Orange County offices. Job Requirements Candidates will have three to nine years of experience practicing Labor & Employment law at a top law firm or Fortune 500 company. Qualifications Candidates must have experience in litigation, compliance, and counseling, either on the defense or plaintiff side, along with excellent academic credentials. Admission to the California bar is also required. Pay range and compensation package: Qualified candidates should expect a salary between $230,000-$420,000 for this position. The annual pay range for this role will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take internal equity into account. Additional medical, financial, and/or other benefits will be offered dependent on the position.
