Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of employment litigation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employment law and be comfortable managing cases independently, while also working collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolution Conduct legal research and draft complaints, discovery, motions, and legal briefs Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Advise clients on their legal rights, risks, and potential outcomes Participate in strategy development with partners and team members Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings Second or third-chair jury trial and arbitrations Key Skills & Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Ba
