JRN: #2857 Our client, a growing, high-performing litigation firm, is seeking a sharp and motivated Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership over their work, operates with a strong sense of accountability, and is eager to gain meaningful exposure across all phases of litigation. This role offers close collaboration with experienced trial attorneys, balanced with the autonomy to manage matters independently. Looking to hire ASAP! Responsibilities: Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution Develop case strategy, including liability and damages assessment Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, motions, demands) Handle discovery, depositions, and court appearances Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Support trial preparation and assist in courtroom proceedings as needed Requirements: Active California Bar license, in good standing 1–5 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Confident in a client-facing and courtroom setting Trial exposure or second-chair experience is a plus Compensation: Compensation: $120,000 – $250,000 base, depending on experience Performance-based bonus + participation in fee structures Clear path for growth within litigation/trial track Benefits and 401(k) offered Location: Hybrid.
