Associate Attorney

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Cedar Park, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting in-depth research, preparing and filing legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role requires a strong understanding of immigration law, as well as the ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively within the team. Position Overview We are looking for an attorney passionate about immigration law and client advocacy. This role involves working on a wide range of immigration matters with a strong focus on removal defense and humanitarian-based cases. Requirements Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state In good standing with the state bar Strong legal writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Removal defense VAWA petitions U visa cases Family-based immigration Naturalization Habeas corpus (a plus) Compensation Salary will be discussed during the interview process.
