Simpson Judge is working with a well regarded Global 100 firm to identify a commercial litigation associate for their growing litigation practice in Chicago. The firm's litigation team handles significant and challenging cases across federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative bodies nationwide. What They Are Looking For 3-6 years of general commercial litigation experience Top academic credentials and JD from an accredited law school Comfortable managing a diverse caseload with a high degree of independence Strong motion practice: motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda Experience managing all aspects of discovery including e-discovery strategy Deposition experience (taking and defending) Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Illinois bar admission required Compensation & Benefits $235,000 - $305,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
