Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Midwest region as a Behavioral Health Physician Associate Fellow. This role involves conducting face-to-face assessments and delivering healthcare services under the general supervision of the Medical Director. You will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and fostering respectful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Essential Functions Perform comprehensive health assessments in accordance with organizational policies. Complete face-to-face assessments within required timeframes. Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to discuss assessment findings, care needs, and update care plans. Maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, and referral sources. Ensure timely and accurate documentation following agency policies. Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI). Minimum Knowledge and Skills Proficiency with MS Office software and keyboarding skills. Strong communication abilities and multitasking skills. Ability to apply advanced nursing principles effectively.
