For additional information visit www.uhs.com. The Corporate Supply Chain Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Contract Support Analyst - Supply Chain. The Associate Contract Support Analyst assists with processing and reporting of UHS rebates, administration fees, reverse distribution fees, and vendor KPI penalty payments. As part of a team, provides data and measurement support for contracting and sourcing initiatives across pharmacy and alt-site categories including supply and purchased services. Performs all data collection tasks and analysis related to initiatives. Performs contract management functions including loading of contracts in repository and overall document management. Assists with contract reviews ensuring that the terms and conditions are in compliance with UHS Legal and Business specifications. Key responsibilities include Works as part of a team to ensure UHS rebates, administration fees, reverse distribution fees, and vendor KPI penalty payments are received, recorded and reported appropriately according to UHS protocol Assists with validation of rebate data entered into ECM against contract language, confirming rebate start dates and populating rebate schedules accordingly Obtains necessary data points and performs analytics in a timely basis for support of contract initiatives, RFPs, and monitoring of existing programs Manages compliance to purchasing contracts, from both a vendor and facility perspective Tracks and collates rebate / incentive information Coordinates the investigation, review and implementation of products necessary for program maximization Performs contract management functions including loading contracts in SharePoint and archiving of documentation As part of a team, coordinates and implements tasks that relate to complex projects including overall management of documentation, facilitating meetings, following up on information, etc Participates in the development of new technologies/automation for existing processes; identifies opportunities for improvement Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required.
