Associate Level Counselor – Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Location: Phoenix, AZ | Status: Part-Time or Full-Time | Reports to: Clinical Director About Us: The BBS Outpatient Treatment Center (Barbell Saves OTC) is a holistic behavioral health program that blends evidence-based therapy with physical wellness, connection, and purpose. Our mission is to help individuals in recovery rebuild their lives through integrated healing - mind, body, and soul. We’re seeking a dedicated Associate Level Counselor (LAC, LMSW, LASAC, or equivalent) to join our growing IOP clinical team. This is a unique opportunity for a developing clinician to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, innovative environment that truly values growth, creativity, and clinical excellence. Position Overview: The Associate Counselor will provide individual therapy to IOP clients and support group facilitation as needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about recovery-oriented care, trauma-informed practice, and whole-person healing. You’ll work closely with seasoned clinicians and leadership while receiving free weekly clinical supervision to support your growth toward independent licensure.
