Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Associate Creative Director to join our video team. In this role, you will concept, script, cast, shoot, and edit television commercials, branded content, and other video projects. This position requires technical expertise, creativity, attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should have hands-on experience across all aspects of video production and a passion for creating compelling visual content. Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Create TV commercials & other videos – including the ability to: Generate video concepts Write scripts Cast talent Operate camera equipment Operate lighting equipment Operate audio recording equipment Direct cast and crew Edit video with Adobe Premiere Design motion graphics with Adobe After Effects Stay informed of current video production trends and best practices. Remain flexible to changing policies and procedures, as well as changing deadlines. Understand, support, and comply with Cord policies, procedures, and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct. Qualifications Expert knowledge of video production techniques and equipment such as cameras, microphones, lighting, grip, etc. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere. Proven experience in digital design, visual storytelling, or video production within a marketing or advertising environment. Ability to work collaboratively and motivate other creative team members. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs while maintaining high standards of quality. This job is generally 9-5, but will occasionally require you to travel and work overtime.
