As the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services , you will provide executive leadership across the full student lifecycle; you will design and scale integrated student affairs and enrollment strategies, oversee admissions, financial aid, advising, and registrar functions, and drive student success, wellness, and residency outcomes in alignment with accreditation standards and institutional growth. To succeed as the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services, you should have: Master’s degree required; terminal degree (DO, MD, PhD, EdD, or equivalent) preferred in higher education administration, medical education, or related discipline 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in student affairs, enrollment management, or academic administration within higher education or health professions education Demonstrated expertise in admissions strategy, financial aid oversight, registrar operations, and student information systems (SIS/CRM), with advanced leadership, analytical, and organizational capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to collaborate across academic and clinical leadership teams and travel for recruitment, accreditation activities, and professional conferences Your responsibilities as the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services will include: Lead strategic oversight of student affairs, enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, registrar services, and student success initiatives within an osteopathic medical school environment Develop and implement student lifecycle programs, including recruitment, matriculation, retention, graduation, and residency placement (GME readiness), aligned with COCA and higher education accreditation standards Direct student support services, including academic advising, student wellness, behavioral health, professionalism, and student conduct, ensuring a student-centered and compliant academic environment Oversee enrollment strategy, admissions yield optimization, CRM systems, and data analytics to drive recruitment effectiveness, diversity initiatives, and enrollment growth metrics Ensure regulatory compliance across FERPA, Title IV financial aid, accreditation (COCA, HLC), and institutional policies while leading audit readiness, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives About Us At the Niazee College of Osteopathic Medicine (NCOM) , we’re building a transformational, community-centered medical school grounded in osteopathic principles and whole-person care.
