Job Overview ASSOCIATE DENTIST Associate Dentist — Established Long Island Group Practice (Mineola / Plainview) We are an established, doctor-owned dental group with two thriving locations on Long Island and we're looking for an associate dentist to grow with us. Whether you're a few years out of school and ready to scale your production, or an experienced GP looking for a practice that will actually support you, we'd love to talk. What you'll do Provide comprehensive general dentistry — diagnostics, restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, and basic endo Build long-term patient relationships through clear communication and excellent clinical care Work alongside experienced hygienists and assistants in a well-run, well-equipped practice Collaborate with the owner-doctor and clinical team on patient care and case planning Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active New York dental license (or eligible) Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment plans Experience with molar endo, implants, or clear aligners is a plus but not required Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset What we offer: Competitive daily guarantee plus percentage of collections (compensation structure to be discussed based on experience) Established patient base — no need to build from scratch Full schedule support from a dedicated front office and treatment coordinating team Modern technology including Open Dental and Overjet Mentorship and clinical collaboration Pathway to long-term growth within the group If you're looking for a practice that will treat you like a partner and not a placeholder, send us your resume.
