About Us High-fee private practice group in North Orange County, booked out 30+ days , focused on restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry. CBCT, CEREC, zirconia, and comprehensive treatment planning are standard here, not marketing buzzwords. We’re hiring an associate who wants surgery + implants, fewer insurance headaches, and a real path to Senior Associate and Partner. We focus on Comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry Broad surgical scope: extractions, bone grafting, implants, and complex cases Multi-specialty, full-mouth treatment planning in one office (minimal referrals out) Modern tech: CBCT, CEREC CAD/CAM , digital workflows, zirconia restorations We are currently booked out 30+ days , and opening a new associate position to expand capacity in two locations. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a dentist who: Wants a high-fee, lower-insurance-stress environment Enjoys both restorative and surgical dentistry Wants to grow into complex implants and comprehensive cases Wants a real path to Senior Associate and Partner , not just "associate forever" You'll start 2 to 3 days per week , working on the same days and in the same office as the lead doctor for smooth handoff, mentorship, and aligned treatment planning. If you are a strong fit, there is a clear path to 3 to 5 days per week within about 2 months. Saturday availability is welcome but not required. What You'll Do See a mix of recall, checkups, and small restorative on existing patients Perform bread-and-butter restorative and surgical procedures Gradually take on larger restorative, implant, and more complex cases as you demonstrate skill Participate in comprehensive, multi-specialty treatment planning using CBCT, CEREC, digital workflows, and zirconia Provide an exceptional, calm, patient-first experience with clear communication Compensation & Career Path Initial compensation (first phase): $1,000/day OR 27.5% of personal collections , whichever is higher 2 to 3 clinical days per week to start Typical day: ~8:00 am to 5:30 pm Because of our high fee schedule and case mix , strong associates here can realistically earn more at 27.5% than they might at 35% in many lower-fee, insurance-heavy offices. Growth path: Rapid opportunity to 3 to 5 days per week within about 2 months if both sides are a good fit 30% of personal collections in year 2 for full-time Senior Associates meeting agreed performance benchmarks Realistic earning potential for a full-time associate in our setting is typically in the $250,000 to $350,000+ per year range, depending on days/week, speed, and case mix High-performing Senior Associates with a full schedule and broad scope (restorative + surgery + implants) can realistically earn $350,000 to $500,000+ per year $5,000 retention bonus at 12 months (paid in good standing) Clear title ladder: Associate Dentist I Associate Dentist II Senior Associate (30% collections) Partner (for top performers who demonstrate clinical excellence, leadership, and strong production over time) Note: Dentists maintain their own malpractice policies. What We're Looking For Must-haves: DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school Active California dental license in good standing 2+ years of clinical experience (or AEGD/GPR + 1+ year) in private or quality group practice Strong restorative skills: direct/indirect restorations, crowns, basic occlusal work Confident with basic surgical skills , including surgical extractions socket preservation and basic bone grafting implant placement and implant restorations (at least straightforward cases) Uses loupes at 5x magnification routinely Comfortable with comprehensive, multi-specialty treatment planning Excellent communication and patient-first chairside manner Nice-to-haves: CEREC / CAD-CAM experience Familiarity with CBCT diagnosis and 3D planning IV sedation certification Ability to manage sinus-related complications Ability to per
