Associate Dentist – Holistic Dental Practice (Full or Part-Time) Location : Wilmington, North Carolina Are you a compassionate and motivated dentist looking to join a supportive, patient-centered team? Our established holistic, fee-for-service dental practice in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Full or Part-Time Associate Dentist to provide exceptional care to our wonderful patients. Position Details: Schedule : Patient hours are 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible schedule available for part-time) Employment type : Full-time or part-time associate Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill level. Fee-for-service practice – no insurance-driven production pressure Supportive team environment with opportunities for mentorship. Requirements: Must hold a valid North Carolina dental license. Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Interest in or openness to holistic/biological dentistry concepts.
