Associate Digital Asset Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Associate Digital Asset Manager with a client in Chicago IL 60606-Remote for a 6-month contract. Title: Associate Digital Asset Manager Location: Chicago, IL 60606-Remote Duration: 6-month Contract Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors Key Responsibilities Manage and organize digital assets, including video and marketing content Work from a Smartsheet queue to review, select, and process incoming content requests Upload, maintain, and update assets within an asset management (AM) system Support hotel partners and other external customers with digital asset requests Communicate professionally with customer-facing stakeholders Ensure assets are accurately categorized, organized, and delivered on time Receive training on internal asset management tools and processes Required Skills Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience Experience with Adobe tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe asset management platforms Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and polished demeanour Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience with Smartsheet Experience supporting hospitality or hotel clients Familiarity with video and multimedia content management Experience Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in: Digital asset management Content operations Marketing operations Customer-facing support roles Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Relevant hands-on experience is more important than formal education Soft Skills / Cultural Fit Personable and comfortable interacting with customers Strong verbal communication skills Professional and polished presentation Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain positive client relationships Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
