What You'll Do The Associate Director, IT Business Systems - Medical Affairs will serve as the technical owner and product lead for the full portfolio of Medical Affairs business systems at BridgeBio. You will own day-to-day configuration, administration, integration, and roadmap delivery across platforms spanning CRM, grants, publications, insights, medical information, and web - ensuring they are reliable, compliant, and tightly aligned to the needs of all our affiliate Medical Affairs teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who thrives at the intersection of system administration, data, and process optimization, and who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while serving as a trusted technology partner to Medical Affairs stakeholders at all levels in a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities Develop and own the Medical Affairs IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT, Medical Affairs, and Commercial strategies Serve as the system owner for core Medical Affairs platforms including Veeva Medical CRM, Medical Information, Grants, Publications, and Insights Management Manage vendor relationships, release schedules, and system lifecycle activities Define and implement Medical Affairs data governance and analytics frameworks, ensuring compliance with privacy, GxP, and data protection standards Partner with Medical Affairs and IT teams to deliver dashboards and insights that support evidence generation and field medical effectiveness Identify, manage, deliver AI and automation opportunities to enhance literature summarization, insight capture, and operational workflows for medical affairs teams Lead digital adoption, user training, and change management to help Medical Affairs teams effectively use new tools and capabilities Systems You Will Own Veeva Medical CRM - primary system of record for field medical engagement; configure, maintain, and optimize for MSL activity tracking, account planning, and HCP interaction capture across affiliates. CyberGrants - end-to-end grants management platform; own configuration, workflow setup, compliance controls, and reporting for Research, medical education grants, and Sponsorship. iEnvision - publications planning and management; administer author workflows, congress tracking, disclosure management, and integration with content repositories. Veeva Link Medical Insights (MI Platform) - configure and maintain the medical insights capture and aggregation platform; build data pipelines to surface actionable field insights for Medical Affairs leadership. Medical Information & Case Management Integration – own the systems integration layer between Medical Information platforms and case/inquiry management tools, ensuring compliant, end-to-end inquiry handling. Medical Affairs Website & Digital Presence - manage the technical infrastructure, content management systems, and governance for Medical Affairs-facing web properties. Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role based in BridgeBio’s San Francisco office, with an in-office collaboration cadence of 3 days per week. Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Medical Affairs stakeholders - developing trusted relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of Medical Affairs strategy, therapeutic priorities, and affiliate systems and data needs. Act as the hands-on technical owner (admin, configurator, integrator) for all Medical Affairs
