Associate Director of Accounting

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Accounting, to oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance functions globally. Key Responsibilities Manage the global Financial Accounting team, ensuring compliance with international and local accounting standards Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting and full reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Lead the Group audit and maintain relationships with local third-party accountants for compliance Required Qualifications Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with at least 12 years of industry experience Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising or managing a Finance team Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving organization
