Key Responsibilities Lead the Audience Ingestion team and develop team capabilities in data processing and validation Oversee audience data onboarding, ensuring consistent delivery methods and managing stakeholder expectations Manage ingestion workflows, standardization, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data ingestion, data operations, or data engineering 3+ years of experience leading technical data teams Strong experience with audience data and data mapping logic Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and ETL/ELT workflows Understanding of privacy, compliance, and regulated data practices
