Visit our website to learn more about our organization: www.elbuen.org Job Description El Buen seeks an Associate Director of Development (ADD) to support the implementation of fundraising activities and amplify El Buen’s mission in the philanthropic community during an exciting period of organizational growth. The ADD will join a passionate, hard-working team of fundraising and communications professionals to aid in securing a robust annual development goal exceeding $6 million, including over $600,000 unrestricted dollars through campaigns, individual donors, foundations, corporate giving, and special events. Purpose As part of the Development team, this position reports to the Director of Development and Communications (DODC) and assists with the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual and corporate giving program to support the organization’s unrestricted funding goals. The ADD will be responsible for Annual Campaigns and Corporate Giving Program, including creating campaign appeals, corporate sponsorship packages, and donor cultivation and stewardship materials. This position has the potential to oversee additional support staff. This is a full-time, exempt position based at El Buen headquarters, generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role requires flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. Following a three-month probationary period, employees are eligible to work one day per week remotely, or up to two days per week if commu
