Key Responsibilities Operational Execution: Drive the day-to-day execution of business operations, ensuring all processes align with Mural’s long-term scaling strategy. Workflow Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative, automated solutions to improve team productivity and resource allocation. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key operational metrics and KPIs to provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as a strategic liaison between Product, Sales, Finance, and People teams to ensure seamless internal communication and project delivery. Qualifications Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field within the SaaS or Tech industry.
