Description The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is seeking a dynamic team player to advance its strategic vision, grounded in human rights and focused on improving access to optimal health and healthcare for all. This role will report to the Managing Director, Real World Data and serve as a solution-driven partner across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various sectors to measure the impact of implementation strategies tested as part of ADA effort to transform diabetes care outcomes in the community and healthcare systems. Responsibilities Support community access, quality improvement and implementation of science statistical analysis to measure impact of real-world interventions. Provide data coordination within the Health Access, Primary Care and Quality Portfolio, supporting program renewal discussions and scaling successful interventions. Engage with the relevant ADA team to engage corporate partners, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and civic leaders to build support and resources for programs that drive sustainable and scalable health outcomes. Coordinate with the ADA Evaluations Team to identify new data sources, metrics, and analytics that measure the effectiveness of health access programs and initiatives. Serve as a liaison for relevant internal committees. Attend in-person events, conferences, and meetings to increase visibility for ADA’s health access efforts and advocacy initiatives. Qualifications MPH or Ms. Statistics or in another relevant field required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in diabetes data strategy and data analysis is essential. Proven ability to collaborate across cross functional teams. Available for occasional travel (10-15% of the time). Skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and manage complex projects and portfolios with competing deadlines, using project plans and dashboards. Ability to lead advanced statistical analysis. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of data and communicate information effectively. Expertise in communicating complex policies and strategies to diverse stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. SAS, STATA or R advanced proficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
