Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Financial Advisor, located in Dana Point, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Associate Financial Advisor will provide support in financial planning, assist with retirement planning strategies, and help manage investments. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing client reports, collaborating on financial advisory services, and maintaining regular client communication to ensure alignment with their financial goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning strategies Strong knowledge of Investments and Financial Advisory principles Excellent analytical, organizational, and client relationship skills Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or progress toward certification is a plus Experience with financial planning software and tools is highly desirable
