About The Role A well-established, independent wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Associate Advisor to support senior Wealth Advisors in delivering a high-touch, planning-driven client experience. This role is designed to enhance advisor capacity, improve responsiveness, and ensure consistent follow-through across client relationships. The Associate Advisor will play a key role in financial planning analysis, meeting preparation, tax and estate planning coordination, and ongoing client service execution. Key Responsibilities Support Lead Advisors in managing assigned client relationships Coordinate planning work related to: Retirement planning Estate planning Insurance planning Broader wealth management strategies Attend client meetings and document observations, recommendations, and action items Coordinate post-meeting follow-ups and ensure timely completion of service tasks Assist with new client data intake, organization, and financial analysis Support tax planning reviews, including organization and delivery of planning output Maintain accurate client records and documentation within firm systems Communicate with clients and professional partners regarding follow-up items and information requests Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within an RIA or wealth planning firm Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, including: Retirement planning Tax planning Insurance planning Estate planning CFP® certification or actively working toward CFP® designation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High integrity, empathy, and client-first mindset Strong problem-solving and project management abilities Ability to work in an on-site setting Technical Skills (Preferred But Not Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Familiarity with industry tools such as: eMoney RightCapital Holistiplan Salesforce Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Discretionary annual performance bonus 401(k) with profit-sharing contribution (historically up to 13% annually, fully vested) Paid employee health insurance Employer HSA contribution Employer-paid life and long-term disability insurance Paid Time Off and paid holidays (Note: PTO not available during days surrounding quarter-end) Limited work-from-home flexibility after training period Additional bonus for unused work-from-home days Individual annual charitable giving allowance Family-friendly work environment Modern office environment and collaborative team culture Refreshments and weekly team lunches Free onsite parking
