Dallas, TX | Competitive Compensation A publicly traded platform at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and technology is hiring an Associate General Counsel to support its corporate and transactional functions. This is a true second-in-command role with exposure to executive leadership and board-level matters. What You’ll Do Lead and support M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions Advise on SEC reporting and public company compliance (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) Counsel leadership on corporate governance and strategic matters Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements Manage outside counsel and key transactions end-to-end What They’re Looking For 6–8 years of experience (BigLaw and/or in-house) Strong background in corporate transactions and securities Public company experience strongly preferred Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Why This Role Direct access to leadership and decision-making Mix of deal work, governance, and strategy Opportunity to help scale a high-growth public company Interested candidates should submit a resume and deal sheet to Key Hemyari , Daria Ruiz, and Mary Powell (to key@saltulegal.com, druiz@saltulegal.com, and mpowell@saltulegal.com).
