This office is a fast-paced environment, seeking for a full time Associate Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury cases. Role Description The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling of Plaintiffs’ personal injury matters from inception to trial preparation. Someone organized and detail oriented. Qualifications Admission in Good Standing to the New Jersey bar is required. Admission to New York and Pennsylvania bars area plus Strong experience in motion practice and discovery practices required. Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Legal Writing Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents, including motions, and pleadings Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Advocacy Skills Commitment to upholding ethical practices and professional standards Dedication to providing exceptional legal services to clients Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English - written and spoken) a plus
