Position Overview We are currently seeking Associate Licensed Clinicians (LPC-A or LMSW) for fee-for-service roles. Positions are available full-time or part-time , with flexibility based on your availability, interests, and clinical strengths. This role is ideal for clinicians who want: High-quality supervision A steady referral stream Administrative support so you can focus on therapy Exposure to a diverse clinical population A pathway toward independent licensure within a supportive group practice Client Populations Clinicians may work with one or more of the following: Children Adolescents Adults Families Couples Presenting concerns may include (but are not limited to): Anxiety and depression Trauma and attachment concerns Life transitions and stress Family and relational issues Behavioral and emotional regulation challenges Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in individual and/or group supervision Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when appropriate Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of care Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active LPC-A or LMSW license in the state of Connecticut Ability to maintain a consistent weekly caseload Strong clinical judgment and professionalism Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care Preferred (but not required): Experience working with children, teens, or families Interest in trauma-informed care Experience with CBT, DBT-informed work, family systems, or attachment-based approaches Desire to grow within a group practice setting What We Offer Competitive fee-for-service compensation PAID High-quality clinical supervision toward licensure Steady referrals and administrative support Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, and/or weekends) In-person and telehealth options Supportive, collegial work environment Opportunities for professional growth and specialization Why Join Sycamore?
