Associate Litigation Attorney

This Attorney will also handle Construction cases as well. This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with offices in California as well. Having a California license to practice law is a plus; however, is not a requirement. Requirements: Licensed to practice law in Nevada 3-5 years of practicing law Recent experience in general/business litigation Experience in Construction law preferred Excellent research, writing and communication skills Duties: Legal Research and writing Attend court hearings, conferences and client meetings Negotiate settlements Conduct Depositions Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences An excellent benefits package is provided and, salary is DOE, however, it is in the ballpark of $130-150K for this position.
