Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support both production and development programs, including Project Maverick and Project Titan. This role focuses on delivering zero-defect outcomes through process development, optimization, and innovative problem-solving. You will help establish and sustain efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes that support operational excellence and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities Define manufacturing methods, process flows, and operation sequences for parts and assemblies Create and maintain routers, work instructions, and process documentation Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, including insourcing initiatives Research and apply new manufacturing technologies and methods Establish process controls, production standards, and equipment requirements Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA) Design tooling, fixtures, and gauges using CAD Support production and inspection teams with technical guidance Contribute to CAM programming and other manufacturing aut
