About the Role We are seeking a compassionate Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) to provide trauma-informed therapy, case management, and treatment coordination for minors and families. The AMFT ensures safety, well-being, and permanency outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. Responsibilities Provide direct mental health services, including individual, family, and group therapy, and case management. Conduct assessments and develop treatment and permanency plans; maintain timely, accurate documentation. Advocate for clients and support families, ensuring culturally sensitive care. Collaborate with resource families, foster parents, and treatment teams to meet client needs. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and support crisis intervention as needed. Ensure compliance with ORR contract requirements and BBS regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related behavioral science field. Active registration as an AMFT in California. Experience providing direct clinical services to children, adolescents, and families. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Individual malpractice insurance required. Required Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical judgment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases efficiently. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
