The Role Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Associate PMM will own the creation, organization, and maintenance of sales content across the Commercial Product Marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketer with strong content instincts who wants to grow their product marketing skill set in a fast-paced, mission-driven company. You'll serve as the connective tissue between PMM strategy and Sales execution — ensuring that the positioning and messaging the PMM team defines is consistently reflected in every piece of content Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success use in the field. What You'll Do Sales Content Creation & Ownership Own and centralize the creation, organization, and maintenance of sales content and collateral (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.). Partner with PMMs to ensure all materials reflect current product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. Build and maintain a centralized content library accessible to Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and SDR teams. Track content usage and gather field feedback to continuously improve quality and relevance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with PMM and Sales teams to understand content needs and priorities. Lead feedback loops with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and messaging effectiveness. Act as a co-owner of messaging consistency — ensuring what Sales says in a pitch or sends to a client reflects clear, coherent positioning. Who You Are 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related field. Strong writing skills — you can translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for a sales audience. Experience creating sales-facing content: pitch decks, one-pagers, enablement materials. Highly organized with strong project management skills and sharp attention to detail. Collaborative by nature — you thrive working across teams and communicating up, down, and laterally. Curious and eager to learn: comfortable asking questions and diving into a new industry. Familiar with Google Suite; working knowledge of AI tools a plus. BA/BS required.
