ALLO is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of company initiatives, including enterprise or multi site customer onboarding, fiber market expansions, and off net or leased network deployments. This individual will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, and cross functional teams to build and maintain project plans, monitor progress, track tasks and dependencies, and facilitate project meetings. The Associate Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring project execution discipline, visibility, and follow-through while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for process improvement. EDUCATION Associate degree required Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Comparable experience or qualifications may be considered in lieu of degree EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management support Experience supporting cross-functional, infrastructure, network, or technical projects preferred Telecom, fiber optic construction, commercial real estate, utilities, or network operations experience a plus Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CAPM, or similar certification preferred COMPETENCIES - SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Dem
