Description Your Role The Associate Project Manager supports the successful delivery of construction and tenant improvement projects by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and communication. This role works closely with Project Managers, architects, contractors, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. It is a developmental position designed to build technical and leadership skills within the department. Your Impact Key Responsibilities Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation Support coordination between internal teams and external partners Help identify issues and escalate to Project Managers for resolution Maintain accurate records for financial forecasting and reporting Participate in jobsite visits and provide on-site support as needed Foster positive relationships with brand counterparts and vendors Specific Activities May Include: Lease review and site surveys Preparing preliminary estimates and schedules Collecting and validating site information Assisting with architectural coordination and permitting processes Supporting bidding, contract negotiations, and vendor qualification Coordinating owner-supplied materials and monitoring quality control Assisting with jobsite management and punch list completion Providing brand/client representation during project phases Supporting visual and marketing initiatives Assisting with contract and change order administration Helping with financial and legal closeout documentation Additional Responsibilities: Participate in value engineering and cost-reduction exercises Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives Support vendor development and prototype/conceptual design efforts Demonstrate flexibility during peak workload periods Review leases and site information Support the maintenance of our stores through the management of work orders as needed Click here for benefit details related to this position. Minimum Salary: $67,700.00 Maximum Salary: $88,830.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Your Experience Degree from 4-year University in business, architecture, construction management or related field 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related roles Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and other web-based systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel for jobsite visits (approximately 20–40 days per year, with 10–30 overnight stays) We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
