A company is looking for an Associate Publisher to lead the Harper Catholic imprint. Key Responsibilities Build and sustain relationships with Catholic authors, agents, and institutions while managing author acquisitions and title development Participate in departmental planning, financial analysis, and oversee the editorial schedule and product development processes Support the Publisher in strategic planning, staff management, and represent the imprint at conferences and industry events Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years in publishing or related field, preferably with supervisory experience Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university is required; Master's Degree is preferred Strong understanding of the Christian market, particularly the Catholic sector Experience in financial analysis and management, including understanding income statements and balance sheets Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
