Description The Mid-Hudson Family Medicine Residency Program seeks an Associate Program Director (APD) to assist in leading a well-established 10-10-10 program located in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley. The APD supports the Program Director in the leadership, administration, and continuous improvement of an ACGME-accredited program based in a community health center setting and that has strong ties to local organizations and populations. The APD plays a critical role in resident education, faculty development, curriculum design, program evaluation, recruitment, and accreditation compliance. This position combines clinical practice, teaching, mentorship, and academic scholarship with administrative leadership. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership and Administration Assist the Program Director in the overall leadership and strategic direction of the residency program Participate in program planning, innovation, and continuous quality improvement Represent the residency program at departmental, institutional, and GME meetings Accreditation and Compliance Support compliance with ACGME Common and Family Medicine Program Requirements Assist with preparation and submission of ACGME milestones, ADS updates, annual program evaluations, and self-studies Participate in Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) and Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) activities Help ensure appropriate documentation, policies, and procedures are maintained Resident Education and Curriculum Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the residency curriculum Teach and facilitate didactic sessions and workshops Supervise residents in clinical settings, modeling evidence-based and patient-centered care Ensure integration of core family medicine compete
