Actively contribute to patient satisfaction through rounding, timely responses, service recovery, and professionalism. Foster a therapeutic environment and support healthcare students. Patient Safety: Integrate safe patient care practices daily, including fall prevention, safe mobilization, medication administration, and patient identification. Report near misses and participate in safety improvement processes. Adhere to Just Culture principles, HIPAA, and national safety standards.
