Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate patient care and clinical support in a busy physician office setting. This role involves assisting with patient management, performing clinical tasks, and ensuring smooth healthcare delivery throughout each patient visit. Essential Responsibilities: Deliver direct and delegated patient care, maintaining awareness of normal and abnormal health indicators. Provide reassurance, education, and clear communication to patients. Manage patient flow efficiently, including preparing patients for examination and obtaining vital signs and medical histories. Observe and report abnormal patient conditions to physicians, documenting all findings accurately in electronic medical records. Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management. Ensure proper documentation for billing and maintain laboratory logs. Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of equipment. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program. Licensure and Certifications: Current nursing license valid in the applicable state. Work Environment: This position operates on a first shift schedule within a healthcare facility located in the Midwest region of the United States.
