Responsibilities: Provide strategic support for a group of partners and/or managing directors (PMDs) serving as a trusted business advisor and single point of contact for management and coordination of all business support and engagement management; this includes, but is not limited to, leveraging and supervising the work of offshore resources and collaborating with other internal teams to efficiently and effectively manage opportunities, engagement setup, billing and collections, and engagement closeout, analyzing data, solving problems, handling communication and stakeholder interactions with discretion, and proactively addressing issues to ensure the smooth operation of engagements and realize business goals Serve as the primary point of contact for the PMDs' portfolio, conducting detailed data analysis (including reviewing open opportunities, outstanding bills, investment reports, and unanticipated hours or expenses charged to an engagement) to provide strategic recommendations that drive engagement success and optimize firm revenue Own the billing and reconciliation process for a
