Lap of Love seeks an Associate Veterinarian to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services for companion animals. You’ll perform quality-of-life assessments, develop palliative care plans, and deliver peaceful, dignified end-of-life experiences. This role requires strong medical judgment, gentle low-stress handling, and exceptional communication with families in emotional situations. You’ll work independently in the field, supported by a collaborative virtual team that values compassion, empathy, and high clinical standards while helping pets and families through difficult goodbyes.
