Associate Vice President, Early Career Recruitment and Talent Strategy About the Company Top-tier investment management firm Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Early Career Recruitment and Talent Strategy. This pivotal role is focused on the development and management of early talent programs, including Analyst, Associate, and Summer Internship programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, building and managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates. Key responsibilities also include program management and development, such as designing and delivering onboarding, training, and development programs, as well as overseeing the Summer Internship Program and driving engagement across early career cohorts. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' of post-college experience in campus recruiting or graduate program management, with a preference for those with a background in financial services. The role requires a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, and a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
