The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to project managers and operations teams, ensuring high-quality execution, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves overseeing compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of Marina Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of shipyard or marine operations experience, including demonstrated leadership and project management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, marine repair, and industry best practices, as well as proven experience in managing teams, budgets, and complex operational workflows.
