This pivotal role is focused on streamlining operations and standardizing functions to enhance alignment, efficiency, and consistency within the medical group organization. The AVP will work in close partnership with Division Chiefs in Primary Care, Medical Specialties, and Surgical Specialties to provide administrative leadership and ensure clear accountability, fostering seamless integration between clinical and operational functions. The ideal candidate for the AVP position will have a robust background in managing medical group operations across various specialties and must possess deep expertise in healthcare delivery systems, including clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight.
