POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Driver Associate is responsible for safely transporting materials, products, and supplies within and between facility locations while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role performs loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods to ensure efficient production flow, accurate inventory control, and timely delivery of materials. The position requires adherence to all FDA, cGMP, DOT, and company standards to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance. The Warehouse Driver Associate also assists with general warehouse activities, including receiving, staging, and organization of materials, while maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Safely operate company vehicles, forklifts, and material handling equipment to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Load and unload trucks and ensure materials are properly secured and protected during transport. Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and transfer documentation in compliance with company procedures. Assist with receiving, staging, and storage of materials within warehouse and production areas. Perform internal transfers between warehouse, production, and distribution areas according to daily schedules. Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after operation; report maintenance or safety issues immediately. Support inventory accuracy through proper labeling, scanning, and documentation. Adhere to FDA, cGMP, DOT, and facility safety regulations at all times. Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S and safety standards. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines. Ensure vehicle logs, inspection forms, and route reports are completed accurately. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations; dietary supplement, food, or pharmaceutical experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; CDL preferred but not mandatory. Forklift certification required or ability to obtain upon hire. Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 111, and warehouse safety standards preferred. Ability to read and follow written procedures, delivery manifests, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems. EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER cGMP RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Responsibilities Adhere to cGMPs and SOPs. Supervisor Responsibilities Maintain a Food Safety Culture by regularly assessing the team’s performance and understanding of food safety practices. Initiate decisions on corrective action that support resolution and improved policies and procedures. Communicate to employees any opportunity to improve team performance to achieve greater levels of product safety and quality. Comply with policies and procedures to prepare and pack the product under sanitary conditions that do not expose it to the risk of contamination. Encourage and maintain a strong food safety culture by ensuring employees are knowledgeable of food safety policies and procedures, as well as empowered to report events that could impact the food safety of the product PHYSICAL****DEMANDS Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and driving throughout the shift.
