Unpaid Internship Position Available Electro makes the first functional electrolyte gum built for performance, focus, and recovery. We've grown through a mix of athlete partnerships, creator collabs on TikTok and Instagram, and an expanding affiliate program. To be clear up front, this internship is unpaid. We're bringing on an intern to handle athlete relations and community management. You'll be the voice of our brand in athlete conversations and a key part of building our ambassador network. Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment. Strong written English and communication skills. Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding. Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates. Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily. Perks Performance-based growth opportunities including potential paid roles down the line. Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations. Your Focus Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message. Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships. Build outreach lists of TikTok creators in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness niches. Keep athlete records organized and up to date. Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly. Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.
