As a Field Service Technician, you will; Represent the company brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations. Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalate issues to. Apply the knowledge that you learn during your on-the-job training to resolve task related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing on manual skills. Most importantly, you will be responsible for providing consistent and clear communication using our service app to maintain customer satisfaction. What you’ll do as a Field Service Technician I: Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1. Complete company-specific Trainings and Certifications on their training website. Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from their service app using a company provided cell phone. Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors. Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details. Maintain parts inventory and related records. Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.
