Steel and Stone is now hiring motivated individuals for our AT&T Account Manager position.This AT&T Account Manager position is perfect for motivated individuals who want to start a career in sales, customer service, and account management with one of the most recognized names in the wireless and technology industry.As an AT&T Account Manager, you will engage with customers, present AT&T's wireless, internet, and service solutions, and assist with service activations, account upgrades, and billing support.The AT&T Account Manager will play a key role in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and account management success.AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities:Connect with customers and businesses to explain technology services, wireless plans, internet options, and promotional offers Assist with account enrollments, service changes, upgrades, and inquiries Deliver excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and recommending the right sales solutions for them Help achieve daily and weekly sales through promotions, product bundles, and upgrades Maintain accurate records of customer services, sales performance, and account updates Represent AT&T with professionalism, knowledge, and customer-first service Work as part of a team to meet sales, business, and account management targets AT&T Account Manager Skills:Strong communication skills and a customer service background with an interest in sales Motivated, goal-oriented individuals who want to build a career in sales and account management Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment while managing multiple customer interactions Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or account management is helpful but not required Reliable team players who want long-term growth and career development Pay:$1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week Work Location:On the road.
