JC Management Collective is a growing provider of innovative technology and customer engagement solutions, and we're expanding our team.We are currently seeking a motivated and driven AT&T Account Representative to join our high-energy sales organization.In this role, you will represent one of the most recognized brands in telecommunications while building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.As an AT&T Account Representative, you will work directly with customers through face-to-face interactions and field-based sales efforts.The AT&T Account Representative position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and are looking to build a long-term career in the telecommunications industry.You'll play a hands-on role in increasing brand awareness, expanding market reach, and delivering customized solutions that meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Representative:Engage in face-to-face sales interactions, presenting and promoting AT&T products and services to new and existing customers Travel to assigned field locations to grow the customer base and consistently meet sales objectives Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships to support continued sales growth Participate in daily AT&T Account Representativeteam meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges Assist customers in selecting AT&T products and services that align with their needs, preferences, and usage habits Track sales activity, report progress, and provide insight on customer feedback and market trends Key Requirements of the AT&T Account Representative:Comfort and confidence conducting in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer consultations Ability to travel to various field locations with reliable transportation for sales and promotional events Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Previous AT&T Account Representative experience is a plus Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions to deliver accurate information Job Type:Full-time Pay:$48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits:Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
