Our business is growing rapidly working with AT&T, and we are searching for ambitious AT&T Assistants to join our sales and customer acquisitions team.In this role, you will work directly with customers to connect them to AT&T wireless solutions that exceed expectations in pricing, service quality, and overall connectivity.As an AT&T Assistant, you will help customers find personalized wireless solutions while developing essential skills in sales, account management, and customer service.The AT&T Assistant will learn how to manage customer accounts, support new wireless upgrades, and guide customers through selecting services that best fit their lifestyle and communication needs.This is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy high-energy sales environments, care deeply about delivering excellent customer experiences, and want to contribute to ongoing sales growth and long-term business success.As we continue to expand, we are looking for someone ready to manage customer accounts, drive wireless enrollments, support daily sales activity, and play a key role in helping more customers access AT&T's industry-leading services.AT&T Assistant Responsibilities Manage customer accounts by providing high-quality support, guidance, and wireless recommendations that improve satisfaction and drive sales.Identify customer needs during conversations and uncover opportunities to increase wireless awareness, product interest, and overall sales.Develop customized wireless presentations to educate customers on the services, features, and upgrades they are searching for to reinforce strong sales outcomes.Negotiate promotions, upgrades, and service options while providing strategic recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction and support consistent sales performance.Maintain detailed account notes and documentation of customer interactions, sales orders, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and accountability.Stay informed on wireless trends and AT&T updates to support future referrals, repeat customer interactions, and long-term sales success.AT&T Assistant Qualifications Experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related associate role is a plus Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced sales environment.Adaptable, coachable, and motivated by sales results, team performance, and customer success.Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, and a strong desire to build a long-term career in wireless sales is encouraged.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location:On the road.
