As an AT&T B2B Representative, the role will consist of assisting businesses to discover how AT&T's products and services can enhance their business solutions.From building meaningful business relations to delivering personalized wireless or internet services, the AT&T B2B Representative will represent the values of quality, connection, and mobility.Jacksonville Catalyst Firm is deeply committed to professional development and will provide our AT&T B2B Representatives with any training necessary to be successful in this role.If you are ready to expand your career in our forward thinking telecommunications environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities for the AT&T B2B Representative:Drive product awareness and sales for internet and wireless services through interactions with local businesses to be able to explain features in detail Identify business needs by actively listening and asking questions on what their biggest service concerns are Deliver personalized sales solutions to customers and expand product knowledge to assist them with their purchasing decision Attend training sessions to broaden skills as an AT&T B2B Representative and to move into a more senior role within the company Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently showing you care and are empathetic towards their new service they are receiving Utilize sales techniques to build customer relationships and potential customer referrals Job Qualifications for the AT&T B2B Representative Position:Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, business management or similar field is preferred Strong communication skills to be able to work with customers and businesses Confidence in overcoming customer inquiries by being efficient with problem solving skills Commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to work independently and within a team Time management skills to handle multiple tasks when working with customers Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is preferred.AT&T B2B Representative Overview:This position is a full time employment position located in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.Pay:This is a commission based job.On average a minimum of 1-2 orders is completed per day per employee.Clients & Products:We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services Average Pay:An average of $52,000-$56,000 a year gets paid to each AT&T B2B Representative based on full performance Location:Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas Pay:$52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
