We are looking to bring on an AT&T Bilingual Sales Consultant who is ready to begin their career in sales and business.As an AT&T Bilingual Sales Consultant, you'll step into a sales role that focuses on helping businesses reduce costs, increase efficiency, and adopt better wireless solutions through in-person connections.The AT&T Bilingual Sales Consultant position will give you the tools for long-term career development while you master the fundamentals of professional sales.Every day, you'll work directly with businesses, learning how to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals through in-person sales interactions.This role is perfect for someone who is driven, ambitious, and eager to transform the future of telecommunications while advancing their own career growth.Responsibilities of a AT&T Bilingual Sales Consultant:Work with business owners to present sales presentations; this could be with small and medium-sized businesses, explaining the value of AT&T's wireless solutions.Master sales strategies, including consultative in-person sales, territory management, and pipeline development.Build trust and credibility with decision-makers by actively listening in this role Prospect and generate new customers by visiting businesses in person and presenting customized energy solutions.Collaborate with a team of other sales team members to share best practices and drive overall growth for the company and our clients.Manage accounts with care and precision Build lasting partnerships with businesses by delivering consistent follow-ups and superior customer service.AT&T Bilingual Sales Consultant Qualifications:Eagerness to work in a sales, customer service, and customer-facing role Communication skills with the ability to engage with business owners and customers effectively in person Time management skills to answer customers' questions promptly High level of energy, persistence, and determination to excel in business sales.Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required Bilingual in Spanish and English is required Pay:$52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
